Our Executive will call you to get some details. we will prepare your agreement draft and send you soft copy to evaluation. Review the draft and book an appointment for your biometric verification.
Our executive comes to your Doorstep on the scheduled day to take your photograph and Biometrics for Aadhaar validation. Once verification is completed, within 4-5 working days the soft copy of your registered rental agreement is sent to your email ID and whatsapp. You don’t even need to step out of home!
After Agreement submitted to the government and usually it takes 3 working days to process, but if any delay from government site then we have to wait for the same.
1. Owner – Aadhar and Pan card both compulsory
2. Tenant & 2 witness – only require Aadhar card
3. Property – Index 2/ Lightbill
If party is Pvt Ltd company then documents require are as follows –
1. Pan card of the company
2. CIN certificate of the company
3. Authority letter on companies letterhead with rubber stamp
4. Memorandum of association copy
